A little bit about me

I believe I’ve always been drawn to the idea of beauty - creating something harmonious, elegant, something that stirs emotion. That feeling has guided me all along.
During my studies at Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne, I joined the Art Committee, captivated by the idea of shaping moments that felt warm and inspiring.
A few years later, I opened my own tearoom in France. I imagined it as a welcoming space - simple, cozy, and elegant.
With my younger brother, Marin, we put all our heart into offering homemade dishes crafted with fresh, local, and seasonal ingredients.
That’s when I truly discovered my love for creating, designing events, setting beautiful tables, working with my hands to bring unique experiences to life.
Later came other meaningful experiences: working as an independent caterer, then joining Châteauform’, a company deeply rooted in hospitality and human values.
Each step shaped me and led me to this new chapter, here in Oslo.
Today, more than ever, I feel the need to slow down.
I believe in a gentler, more intentional way of living. This space is a quiet escape, an invitation to pause, breathe and find meaning in a world that often rushes too fast.
