A story in the making
I believe I’ve always been drawn to the idea of beauty : creating something harmonious, elegant, something that stirs emotion. That feeling has guided me all along.
During my studies at Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne, I joined the Art Committee, captivated by the idea of shaping moments that felt warm and inspiring.
A few years later, I opened my own tearoom in France. I imagined it as a welcoming space : simple, cozy and elegant.
With my younger brother, Marin, we put all our heart into offering homemade dishes crafted with fresh, local and seasonal ingredients.
That’s when I truly discovered my love for creating, designing events, setting beautiful tables, working with my hands and bringing unique experiences to life.
Later came other meaningful experiences : working as an independent caterer, then joining Châteauform’, a company deeply rooted in hospitality and human values.
Each step shaped me and led me to a new chapter in Oslo.
Living in Norway gave me something I had been longing for : time to slow down, to observe, to reconnect with what truly inspires me.
It was there that Letters & Seasons was born : a space for slow living, seasonal beauty and the small things that make everyday life feel meaningful.
After this beautiful chapter abroad, I am now back in France, carrying with me everything Norway taught me, the people I met along the way and a deeper understanding of the kind of life and work I want to create.
Today, this space has grown into something more.
I see myself as a creator of experiences, bringing together everything I love : seasonal food, beautiful tables, thoughtful details, meaningful gatherings and the simple art of making people feel welcome.
Through Letters & Seasons, I share the stories, reflections and inspirations that shape this way of living. And through Seasonal Gathering, I bring it to life creating intimate, seasonal experiences designed around the people, the place and the moment.
At the heart of it all is the same belief that has guided me from the very beginning:
That beauty does not have to be extravagant. That the most meaningful moments are often the simplest ones. And that taking the time to create something with intention can turn an ordinary moment into a memory.
